Field Trip (Session 25-26)
Field Trip to the Bangladesh National Museum – A Journey of Learning and Discovery
At Green Gems International School, we believe that true learning extends beyond the classroom walls. To encourage experiential learning and cultural understanding, our young learners recently embarked on a field trip to the Bangladesh National Museum, located in Shahbagh, Dhaka.
The visit offered students an incredible opportunity to explore Bangladesh’s rich history, art, and heritage firsthand. Walking through the museum’s diverse galleries, they encountered ancient relics, traditional crafts, folk art, and archaeological treasures, along with exhibits highlighting Bangladesh’s struggle for independence and its remarkable biodiversity. Each display sparked curiosity and encouraged meaningful discussions among the students.
Throughout the day, our learners observed attentively, asked thoughtful questions, and took notes as they connected classroom lessons to real-world history. The experience not only deepened their knowledge but also strengthened their appreciation for the nation’s cultural identity.
The field trip was more than an educational visit — it was a journey of exploration, inspiration, and joy. The laughter, excitement, and wonder on our students’ faces reflected the true spirit of learning at Green Gems International School, where education is designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love for discovery.
📖🌿 A memorable day indeed — filled with learning, laughter, and lasting impressions.
